Physical Therapy Services:

Dr. Brian LeRiche of Performance Redefined will be offering various services such as: One on One Physical Therapy, Dry Needling, and Recovery Sessions. His main goal is to help you permanently get out of pain to maximize your workouts with the FTS trainers! For those that are not in pain, he also offers a monthly check-in program to ensure you’re moving in the right pain-free direction! As of now, this is a cash based service, but he is working towards offering insurance in the near future. Massage Therapy:

EVOLV Bodyworks is our very own Coach CJ’s sports massage therapy company. He is now accepting clients under FTS’s roof to provide even more value for our clients.
What does EVOLV offer? EVOLV offers a comprehensive massage and bodywork approach to help you feel and perform your best. Sessions may include traditional massage, cupping, stretching, Gua Sha, and even red and near-infrared light therapy.
Session details and rates:
⁃    30-min sessions: $50 ($45 for @functional.training.studio clients)
⁃    1-hr sessions: $80 ($70 for @functional.training.studio clients)

Nutrition Services:

Matt Dengler and the RxRD Nutrition team provides science-based nutrition counseling, body assessment analysis, and meal planning to help you reach your nutrition and performance goals. All of their meal plans are 100% customized to your specific needs, food preferences, and food timing to provide scientifically proven results.
