Functional Training Studio (FTS) takes a unique approach by evaluating each and every individual, and creating a personalized exercise program. FTS welcomes everyone from young athletes, to rehab patients, and of course people looking to lose weight!
At Functional Training Studio, position is the primary factor that determines exercise prescription. Additionally, one must be in a proper position to allow proper progression. The progressions are achieved through inhibition and facilitation of muscular chains to create non-compensatory movements. This inhibition coupled with facilitation, creates your brains paradigm patterned shift. Thus, allowing us to become more fit while mitigating risk of injury and reducing pain.
